Having much love and passion for our island and using the Aegean grape varieties Amorgiano (Mandilaria), Assyrtiko, we created this great wine with red-purple color, small fruited aromas of forest fruits, full body and velvety tanines. This wine has balanced acidity and wonderful taste. It can beautifully be paired with the traditional dish of Amorgos, named patatato, as well as with all kind of stews, grilled meats , and oily fishes as mackerel, bonito, swordfish, tuna, etc. It is served at 10-12⁰C.
