The difference between rakomelo and baked. Both are rakomelo! That is what the drink is called made with raki and sugar that they use to treat in Amorgos island at the Monastery of Panagia Chozoviotissa. Our baked rakomelo has sugar and honey and is almost the same drink as rakomelo but a little lighter (vol. 20%) and more sweet tasting which younger generations tend to prefer as they like their soft drinks. Ingredients: Tsipouro sugar honey and herbs. Vol 20%.
