Organic sweet red wine from sundried grapes. Protected geographical indication Cyclades. The sun of Cyclades, the breeze and the sea saltiness, concentrated the juice of the Aegean grape varieties Amorgiano (Mandilaria) and Assyrtiko and created a great wine with a very purple-brick red color, aromas and matured fruits, plum and honey flavor. The full body, the taste and the balance of alcohol in combination with the sweetness and the acidity give a lovely feeling of well-being to those who taste this wine. It is served at the temperature of 10-12⁰C and it perfectly accompanies fresh and dry fruits, chocolate, pasteli (sesame seed candy from Amorgos), donuts, as well as the traditional dish of Amorgos, patatato, and other foods. This wine is also a wonderful aperitif. It can be aged for at least five years. Limited organic production.
